Around Appleton - Besselsleigh Wood

Here are some photos we have taken in Besselsleigh wood over the past week.

I spend a lot of time in this wood, it has lots of animals and birds.

It is full of bluebells in April and May.

It is an ancient woodland full of ash trees, oak, hazel, pine trees and bracken.
