We first saw it when walking the dogs down stream from the lock. When we came back we sat down where we had seen it and waited.
The Kingfisher came passed 3 or 4 times before we managed to take a photo.

Well, Alex, I got excited by finding a smooth newt in the garden today. Not half as interesting as the wildlife that you seem to bump into every day!
